Sales Manager required for a Used Car supermarket in Stoke-On -Trent.
£35,000 plus commission, realistic OTE £70K
Company Car - choice of BMW, Audi, Mercedes
We have an opening for an energetic and focused Sales Manager, this may suit an aspiring senior sales executive, the foot fall in the business is high generated by our inbound and outbound telesales team making appointments and our impressive online offering, with this amount of footfall we need people who have the drive to earn and who can close.
The successful applicant will be;

- A driven individual with passion to deliver excellent results
Skills and attributes;
- 5 years automotive selling experience
- Experience selling the benefits of HP and PCP
- Ability to second face and close
- Able to deliver a great customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and coach
- Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
- FCA Accredited (after training)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A presentable and professional individual
