Senior Sales Executive for a Main Dealer in Hampstead

Salary: £25k basic OTE £65k uncapped + Company car 

As a Senior Sales Executive at our car dealership in Hampstead, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive sales professional who is passionate about the industry and eager to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used vehicles, ensuring profitability through effective negotiation and customer management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Present vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits, arranging test drives, and offering advice on vehicle options and financing.
• Stay updated on the latest models, specifications, and dealership promotions to effectively communicate vehicle features and finance options to clients.
• Work closely with the finance team to offer suitable finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring all relevant paperwork and contracts are accurately completed.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, helping them develop their skills and meet performance goals.
• Work closely with the Sales Controller to achieve sale targets and objectives.
