Service Advisor

Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

4 day working week on a rota
£25,000 + bonus (£2,500) - depending on experience

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence;
Strong IT skills;
Customer-centric approach;
Experience working to targets and deadlines;
Proven record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction (experience within an industry which sets KPIs based on customer service would be beneficial);
Motor Trade experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor or similar role would be highly beneficial.

The role:

Liaising with customers in relation to the Service, MOT and repair of their vehicles;
Ensuring the proper qualification of vehicle faults and customer requirements;
Keeping customers informed relating to predicted completion times, authorisation for any additional work and costs, and collection arrangements;
Liaising with customers by telephone, e-mail or in person;
Invoicing completed work and taking payments;
Ensuring all computer database systems are accurate and up to date with customer records;
Working as part of a team including departmental KPIs.
