Service Reception Manager requried in High Wycombe
 

8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays 8am - 12.30pm   OTE £51,000 (basic negotiable).

Are you an experienced Service Reception Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading main dealer in High Wycombe? We are seeking a customer-focused and dynamic individual to lead our service reception team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As Service Reception Manager, you will be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the service reception, coordinating with the workshop and other departments to maintain seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service reception team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the customer journey, from initial contact to vehicle collection, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Monitor and improve service reception KPIs, including customer satisfaction and service booking rates.
  • Coordinate with the workshop and parts teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all customer communications are clear, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets for service plans, extended warranties, and other products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a main dealer or automotive environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.S
  • trong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Good knowledge of automotive service processes and standards.
  • Proficient in using dealership management systems and technology.
  • A full UK driving license.
