Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (and Technician / MOT Tester) required in Lincoln

Paying up to £42,400 OTE depending upon qualifications, manufacturer training, and experience

The role:

As a Technician / Mechanic, your day-to-day duties will involve carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance as well as MOT Testing to customer vehicles to the highest standards expected by the Company and Brand;
Completing relevant paperwork (systems and job cards) accurately;
Explinaing nature of repairs required to customers in a clear and professional manner;
Liaising with other departments to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner, and to ensure the customer always receives the best level of service.

Requirements:

NVQ / IMI Level 3 in light vehicle maintenance; or equivalent;
Minimum 12 months' workshop experience as a Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester
Full UK driving licence;
Positive, enthusiastic, optimistic approach to work;
Excellent communication skills;
Methodical approach to problem-solving.

Manufacturer accreditation (Beneficial);
MOT licence (Beneficial).
